Jun 13, 2007 Have had this a number of times. Weak raspberry flavor, but it enhances the lager a little bit. Very dry finish. Not the best beer ever, but good on a hot summer day.

Jun 12, 2007 Bottle, best by 08-22. Pale burnt orange, slightly cloudy with a medium head that lasts. Aroma is sour raspberry, strawberry, and honey. Taste is like a raspberry soda mixed with a lot of dry yeast to dampen the sweetness. Palate is light-medium and soapy-dry, with a slight acidic tingle. Better than an industrial lager, but unique is about the best you can say about this one. I like raspberries, but it seems a bit too artificial and perfume-like in this beer.

Jun 11, 2007 Bottle: Massive white head atop of one of the worst colored ales I’ve ever seen. Looked like fruit juice, maybe peach? Nose is malty and soapy, hints of fruit. Bubbly on the tongue with wheat, malt, sours, and the subtle fruit flavor of a watery wine cooler. Couldn’t stand to finish this one.

Jun 9, 2007 Updated: Jul 26, 2007Cloudy pinkish, pink lemonade like pour with a bright bleached white head that doesn’t last. Smell is a bit wheaty, and mostly raspberry as expected with a touch of a metallic smell that lasted after the head faded. Taste is mostly raspberry and a bit of wheat in the finish, but its slight. I didn’t like this as much as I remember liking it when all I drank was bud light and hard ciders. Its an ok beginner beer I’d say, as my girlfriend liked it, and so did I when I hadn’t tried or gotten used to many of the different styles or bolder flavors that I really enjoy now.
