Pours a orangish-purple color with a white head. Aroma is of wheat and a hint of some raspberry. Flavor is of wheat and raspberry with a strange aftertaste. Not really that great. Abita makes other beers much more worthy then this one.

Tried this at a beer tasting last week. It poured a cloudy amber with a pink hue and a thin head. Smelled and tasted somewhat like bubblegum or berry-flavored hard candy. No lasting finish to speak of - though I’m not sure I wanted one. I would not purchase this beer.

I like this beer, but I love raspberries. Aroma is strongly raspberry, and flavor is neither malty nor hoppy but still beery, and raspberry taste is strong but does not overwhelm the palate.

Draft. Not much aroma. Flavors of yeast and rasberries. A pretty dry beer with no hop or malt presence.

Light Amber Color with White Ring. Sweet Raspberry Notes on the Aroma...Artifical Smelling....Crisp, Clean....Sweet Raspberry...Even Aftertaste... Increasingly Dryer After Drinking For a While.. Overall..Just a Decent Light Fruit Beer.

A pretty decent beer. Pours a nice cloudy amber that is multi-layered at first, then settles to an only slightly cloudy amber. Not a lot of aroma to speak of. Only a hint of raspberry. Nice on the palate, good carbonation. Crisp taste with the raspberry flavor at the end and on the aftertaste.

Bottle, wheat taste, a touch of tartness. Nothing very special at all, like I said only a bit of tartness.

Had this while walking down bourbon st. Which I’d say had to add to the experiance. It’s wheaty, it’s raspberry flavored, and it’s pretty light and drinkable. I’d say it’s not overly fruity so that’s a positive. Plus the cool name and bottle got my attention.
