This beer is really pretty decent, but still nothing much to it. I like some more complexity.

Appearance is small white head with a hazy orange color. Aroma is almost a berry tea. Taste is similar with strong fruit and controlled tart. Overall a little different and not my style.

More subtle than most fruit beers I’ve had, this is fairly drinkable and refreshing, even in the summer.

Pours a cloudy grapefruit juice color. Smells slightly sour with a standard beer aroma. Tastes almost like a watered-down cranberry juice with a little grapey finish. Tastes slightly worse than it sounds though.

Date: August 6, 2011 Mode: Draft Source: Burger Bar, Las Vegas, NV Appearance: Opaque hazy pinkish orange with minimal head. Aroma: Raspberry. Flavor: Consistent with aroma, thin bodied, slightly carbonated. Other: In vegas, so had to try a Nevada beer, wish it had been a little better than this, very average.

Raisins and grains in the aroma while the appearance is orange-amber. The flavor is sort of like one of those juice-punch drinks like Capri Sun. Not really that great, but it wasn’t nasty and was drinkable.

Hazey (obviously) with a tint of purple and nice white head. Light raspberry fruit tones in the aroma and taste. A great light summer beer.

Bottle from Martin’s in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Slightly hazy dark amber with red highlights supporting a thin off-white head. Faintly sweet aroma. Odd flavor combination with some toasted malt, cherries, mild coffee, bittersweet chocolate and possibly figs. Thin mouthfeel. Finish sort of trails off. Not sure what to make of this brew. It tries to be somewhat complex but comes off as very confused. Hazed & Confused.
