Bottle. Poured hazy gold with a white head. Aroma consisted of fruits and a touch of malts. Flavor had the presence of raspberries and while easy drinking, it is not complex in anyway.

Bottle. Not quite worthy of a long description. Watery and plain. Some raspberry sweetness but not too much. Have another? Pass.

Pours a hazy light yellow. Aroma has a little bit of raspberry and wheat, with a taste to match. I would not get this one again.

Bottle sampled at SF International Beer Fest. I like the concept, but it was not one of my favorites. Cloudy yellow color with a purple tint. Aroma of wheat and raspberry, flavor the same. Rather watery, not much to it. Nice name though.

Tap - Roux in San Jose. Had to try it with my Cajun meal... Slightly hazy, light in color. Taste of wheat and slight berry. Expected to maybe be overpowered by fruit, but it’s pretty mild and overall was fairly drinkable.

I would have rated in negatives, if it were available. The only way that I am pleased is the name of the beer, and the purple tint that is so slight that you almost have to pretend that it is there. At Beerfest Miami 09
