crizay (1069), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio, USA Feb 19, 2006 Pours a hazy golden raspberry color, nice head. Not too much going on here, thin crap beer mized with a watery raspberry flavor, pretty standard and nothing complex.
AgentSteve (621), Livermore, California, USA Jul 18, 2008 Pours hazy golden with thin off white head. Nose is sweet, wet wheat and raspberry. Go figure. The flavor is not as nice, and a bit bland. It’s very easy drinking, in a Coor’s Light kind of way, but I wouldn’t buy it. ChainGangGuy (1457), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA Jul 16, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, golden body with a slight pinkish tint to it and a very thin white head.
Smell: Delicate wheat scent with a distant aroma of raspberries. Pretty straight-forward.
Taste: Sweetish wheat malt merges with a taste of tart, fruity raspberries. A couple drop of orange juice. Slight grainy hint. Drying, spritzy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-high carbonation.
Drinkability: Fine enough for a fruity flavored beer if that’s your thing. kennydiaz (33), staten island, New York, USA Jul 7, 2008 THE RASPBERRY FLAVOR IS NOT PROMINENT .ITS A VERY LIGHT TASTING CRISP BEER. THE FLAVOR IS NOT OVERWHELMING AND ITS NICE FOR A SUMMER NIGHT. I THINK ITS EXPENSIVE PRICE TAG MAKES THIS BEER JUST OK. robforbes (641), Bremerton, Washington, USA Jul 6, 2008 purchased at world market in sliverdale, washington.
pours a cloudy golden-yellow with a thin white head.
smell is berry, wheat, malt.
taste is watery, sweet, raspberry, wheat, tangy on the tongue, slightly metallic. puboflyons (353), New Hampshire, USA Jul 5, 2008 From a 355 ml. dwarf bottle. Not the typical long neck of micros. There are date notches on the label but mine was not cleaerly notched. Pours a cloudy orange with a little head. Aroma is kind of soapy and grassy. I didn’t notice much of the raspberry in either the aroma or the taste. There were malts in the flavor. In one sense it was a disappointment because it didn’t taste like it should have but it ended up being an okay brew otherwise.
