ultraspank (856), Dublin, Ohio, USA Sep 16, 2003 Pours an interesting pale pink/beige with melon highlights. The average white frothy head is mostly diminishing with fair lacing. The refreshing nose is raspberries and grapes and wheat (which always smells like sawdust to me). The flavor is typical wheat with a nice balance and an afterthought of raspberry. Bolder than I would have anticipated by judging the hue of the brew. The medium body is dry and lively. The finish feels chalky.
blutt59 (954), Dallas, Texas, USA Nov 27, 2008 bottle, finally tried this beer with other fruit styles, slight pink purple color with grapey nose, flavor is very slight grape or berry with a light finish Hance07 (187), DownSouth, Georgia, USA Nov 26, 2008 Flavor is fruity but more of a tart fruit instead of being sweet like other fruit beers. fluffy (78), Florida, USA Nov 21, 2008 if there is raspberries in this, i didnt taste it. aroma was citrusy and slightly floral. much more bitter than most wheat beers that mellows as the bottle warms. its ok, but there are better wheat beers out there. fakepurseninja (578), Washington, USA Oct 31, 2008 On-tap at River Roost Bar- Port Orleans Riverside Resort, Walt Disney World. Light raspberry notes filling out a grainy, sour wheat body with notes of banana and bubblegum. Caleb1035 (61), , North Carolina, USA Oct 25, 2008 This beer was all the craze back in my college days. Really not much happening here, just an over carbonated fruit beer. Pleasant taste but thinness and aftertaste bring it down.
