Real Louisiana satsumas, golden wheat and the finest barley create Satsuma Harvest Wit. Pale and cloudy, like the haze on a hot summer day, this white beer has a sweet and subtle citrus flavor that is cool and refreshing. Abita Satsuma Harvest Wit is a summertime brew that’s Louisiana True.

Bottle. Almost no aroma aside from copper pipe.Miniscule white head lingers over murky pale gold liquid. Tastes doughy, faint hint of something citrus - label says "satsuma" whatever the hell that is. Creamy mouthfeel yet bitey. This isn’t great but it could be much worse.

Very light hint of Satsuma.not over done. Great summer beer. Would have with salads. All the Belgium is in it.

Reviewed from notes: pours a slightly hazy golden color with white head. Orange peel, citrus, and some raw wheat on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a sweet note.

Poured from 12oz bottle. Very refreshing beer from Louisiana's best. Nice mellow mouthfeel with a hint of satsumas on the back end. Would highly enjoy on a warm summers day. --you've been Dubbed.

Hazy Opaque Pale Yellow, Huge Head, Decent Strings Of Lacing. Tiny Floaters. Faint Coriander Aroma. Wheat, Coriander, Light Spice Bitter At The End. Light Body, Watery Finish. Did Not Really Get Satsuma (Tangerines). None the Less, Easy To Drink. Enjoyed It. Good. Worth A Try...

Hazy straw color with a medium thin foamy white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, mild spice and wheat. The finish is wheaty with a lemon and malt aftertaste. Pretty forgettable overall.

Bottle, enjoyed with my fresh spicy phō. Hazy yellow, average white head. Sweaty aroma, wheaty, orange citrus. Wheat and yeast flavour, followed by dry orange peel. Better than anticipated, and much better than their shitty lemon wheat beer I had earlier this year.

A middling wit that lacks the citrus or spice that makes this style so great in Belgium. Surprised the satsuma flavor isn’t more pronounced.
