WHY?? I ask myself, Why do I keep trying stuff from this brewery? Guess it is because I find them on the singles rack and hope that one day I will find something good. Today was not that day. Another rancid foul tasting brew that is just all wrong. Still wondering how this brewery can keep missing it. Think it might be the water because surely the malts and hops are not giving it that bad taste. Well unless they are using molded malts and hops, but who would be so dumb to do that. Got half way through this and poured the rest out. Just couldn’t finish it.

Tallahassee, Fl - Publix Supermarket - Killearn - 12 oz bottle. Sparkling medium golden pour, crisp bubbly snow white head, light trails of lacing. Aroma has light hints of honey, some grassiness, a touch of breadiness. Flavor is pleasant, hints of honey, light buttery notes, very brief nuttiness and some saaz hops bitterness. Mouthfeel is clean and crisp. Been seeking this one out for a long time....back on top of the Abita ratings again!

Bottle shared at Christ’s post GBBF minidig 16/08/2014. Aroma is pargumme, honey and light caramel malts with clean pils grains. Hazed golden pour with no head. Really dull flavour, honey, pils grains. This beer was completely shot. Palate is dead, no carbonation, dull. Completely fucked.

Clear copper pour with a thick white head of foam.. The aroma has notes of lemon grass, fresh cut grass, and grain. The taste is a touch bitter, but mostly sweet. Lighter body and medium to high carbonation. Decent pils.

Very nice pour (into a Pilsener glass, natch), a clear yellow body filled with rapidly rising Tiny Bubbles (for Don Ho) and topped with a sustained creamy head, it was. (The last two words were added to make it a sentence.) The aroma is light, some grain and biscuits (mayhaps crackers?) with a quiet grassiness. The flavor is stronger than the nose lead me to expect and has a modest bitterness added to the mix. Not a bad Summer drink... even though it’s raw, wet, and windy outside.
