COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Double IPA is made with pale and light crystal malts. It is going to give the beer a deep pale color and malty flavor. It will also give it a very strong taste. It is hopped liberally with Apollo, Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial hops.

Draft. Pours a clear copper amber color with a decent sized foamy white head. Citrus pine hops in the aroma. Flavor is fairly mild for a double IPA however. Not terrible, but not very exciting either. I was expecting and hoping for more bitterness in the finish.

Pretty good DIPA cept for the carbonation. Served with a thick, creamy, fine, off white head and good lace. Color is a clear amber with bubble streams. Aroma is mainly fresh hops, with malt, citrus, grass. Flavor is much the same as nose with bittersweetness out in front. Body is ok and carbonation is a bit flat. Finish is like flavor but needs the carbonation.

Draft¥ not overly hoppy. Nothing that stands outm overall a solid 2xIPA. Where the abv is not over powering the drinkability

Draft… Clear dirty-orange ale with a small, creamy, white head. Great retention. Loads of biscuit and caramel in the bouquet, but not much of a lupulin presence. Full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and jazzy carbonation. The flavor is balanced, but mundane, minerally and mostly lackluster. Finishes crisp and fairly clean.

Draft at pony bar with streets and Brendan. Pours a copper body with thin white lacing. Mouthfeel is thin. Aroma and flavor of sweet caramel malts, light hops.

on draft at Wine World, pours light amber with a thin white head. Aroma is strong citrus hop and grapefruit. Flavor is candied pear and grapefruit hop flavors with a little bit of a pine bitterness in the finish.

On tap at Naja’s Place - Redondo Beach, CA

Appearance: Pours a cloudy iced tea or murky apple cider.

Aroma: Very faint sweet malt.

Taste: A pineapple spritzer. Nothing real bold to be found.

Mouthfeel: Prickly.

Overall: Quite boring.

Clear amber color/ white head. Nice floral, pine wood hoppy aromas. medium body. Very good floral, tropical fruit hop flavors on a solid caramel, candi sugar sweet base brew, great DIPA

Pretty decent job by Abita.Draft poured a orange/copper with a fair white head.Nose was piney and floral.Nice hop bitterness with a little malt to back it up.One of the better Abita brews if not the best I’ve tried.
