3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the Cincy Brew Ha Ha. Hard to tell the color once the sun was down, but it appeared to be a golden orange with a little off-white head. Notes of sweet raspberry, sweet malts, sugar, straw, grains, dried apricot, and crackers. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, malty, fruity candy mouthfeel. Not really my thing but I actually like it a little more than Purple Haze.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at Craft and Growler. Amber pour with a white head. The aroma and flavor of the beer are very full of fruit and very sweet. I get a ton of raspberry notes, but the sweetness makes the beer a bit hard to drink. The beer is also fairly boozy. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Joe Canals West Deptford.
Appearance: The body is a clear amber with a purple tinge through it. The head is dense and white, but short lived.
Aroma: The aroma is pretty mild, but itís clean with hints of raspberry. Not offensive, rather nice actually.
Taste: Clean malts up front with raspberry building in strength by the finish and lingering a moment.
Overall: This is a deceptive beer. I donít think anyone would guess itís 8% if they didnít know. Itís a nice beer that attracts people who normally donít drink beer.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20
Mild raspberry aroma. Clear amber, thin head, good lace. Mild raspberry flavor with a malty end. Thin, watery mouthfeel, alcohol not noticeable. A little artificial tasting, actually weaker than regular purple haze, but drier.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft. Amber not quite berryish color. Flavor is ncie breadiness, vry good lager underneath, tart raspberries. Too sweet, but then again the standard version is too sweet so I would say this is better.

Pours a watermelon orange with no head or lacing. Strawberries and other sweet citrus on the nose. Berries, lemon, honey. Medium bodied, crisp. An odd, drinkable lager.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Has a raspberry aroma and flavor with a very slight bitter long finish. A very tasty fruit beer that I enjoyed.
