COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Spring IPA (March-May) is a West Coast-style IPA with an up-front intense hop flavor and aroma. Amarillo and Centennial hops give the brew a rich and resinous flavor of citrus and spice. This bright pale ale has a malt sweetness that will give way to a pleasant bitter. It pairs well with Mexican or spicy Szechwan Chinese food. Spring IPA is a nice accompaniment for cheeses with strong flavors, like sharp cheddar or goat cheese.

12oz bottle poured medium amber with a large and durable off-white head. Aroma: light on hops for style. Flavor: Pronounced hops appropriate for style. Herbal and flowery hops. Moderately bitter. O. Looks great, smells good, but the taste is a bit disappointing albeit appropriately bitter and hoppy.

Bottle. Nice spring refresher ... Orange-golden hay color, pretty big whipped head. The aroma is nice, fresh cut and enticing. It drinks with some nice American IPA points -- citric for sure -- but also brings a light summery aspect, a little wheat and sunshine. (#5553, 6/15/2014)

Nice straight forward IPA here. Nothing flashy, but definitely hits the right notes for the style. Citrus and pine in nose, with citrus coming through in flavor, nice wet mouth feel. I enjoy the malt bill on this. Good.

Short, 12oz Abita bottle. Pale pour, golden color. Rich white head, sexy lacing. Floral scent, pale grains, stinky socks. Dominate malt character in the nose. Bitter hops flavor. Loads of pine and citrus, great flavor of malts. (4079)

Pours a darker golden color with white head. Very floral on the nose, some citrus and pine too; follows onto the palate. Finishes florally.

Bottle. Slightly murky orange pour with a nice frothy off-white head. Nice aroma of resin and citrus. Hopes were high, but the taste fell a little flat for me - not bad, but it comes across as a bit unbalanced and overly astringent late.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a white head. Taste floral, light citrus, lightly hopped. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle: Pours hazy, orange-amber with a creamy, yellow-white head. Slightly bready, caramel, cedar aroma. Pungent resin and spiced orange malt taste. Earthy, piney bitter. Very solid.

12 oz bottle. Hazy gold with an average off-white head. Aroma is very dank, with some floral, citrus and caramel notes. Taste is of perfume, floral, citrus, lots of dank hops, some pine, grass and herbal notes. A nice bitterness and a fairly dry finish. I was very pleased with this brew...a casualty of label bias...

Bottle. The look is somewhat clear, has an off white head, and is golden orange in color. The smell is resiney, dank, pine, woods, and dried orange peel. The taste is resin, pine, sap, bitter, hops, and harsh.
