COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ripe, red Louisiana strawberries are harvested at the peak of the season in the early morning chill. The scent of the juicy red Ponchatoula berries fills the air as they’re picked and pressed for Abita Strawberry Harvest Lager. The end result is a light, crisp lager with just a hint of strawberry sweetness.

Hazy yellow with a thin fleeting white head. Skunky aroma followed by a hint of candied fruit. Watery with very little taste. Some strawberry on the backend, kinda creeps up. Bland is a pretty good one word description for this beer.

12 oz bottle. It pours a pale slightly cloudy yellow with a small white head. It has a strawberry aroma along with a mildly skunky malt liquor aroma. It is a very light and extraordinary refreshing beer with a light pleasant strawberry flavor. I like this beer and will probably drink it again.

I'm glad they got the flavor (flavoring) right this year. Not my favorite style, but my wife loves it. Really good, for a fruit beer.

Light. Malty. Fake strawberry note. Appearance is extreamly light yellow just like a macro. Also the cap indicates that I need to pry it off. Lol Taste is like... a stale fruit roll up or something. Strawberry is... strange. Palate is light. But decently smooth. Strange finish. Overall not really a very good beer. Tastes sort of artificial. But like spongebob said we don’t all have to like the same things.

Smells like a buttered bun and tastes like strawberry shortcake. I really liked this beer. An easy smooth beer to drink on a hot spring day.

Biggest downfall to this beer is the aroma, smells of overripe strawberries starting to go bad. Up next is the taste, the strawberry syrup completely overpowers any crispness the lager would offer.

Pours a clear golden color with a short-lived off white head. Carbonation bubbles migrate from the bottom. Strawberry, cream, and vomit on the nose. Mouthfeel is ver full and rich for a lager. Strawberry and cream flavor. This might be the best Abita has to offer.

Bottle at home. Pours clear gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is strawberry, Pils and corn malt. Flavor is sweet malt, corn, strawberry, no hops with faint bitterness and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Smells like skunk farts after eating strawberries and tastes like strawberry total cereal. Not a fan. Just something off about it.

Straw color with pillowy white head. Dank grainy strawberry aroma. Taste is strawberries and cream. Also notes of corn and mild flowery and grassy hops. Strawberry flavor is relatively subtle so it's not too sweet. Not my cup of tea but wouldn't be bad on a hot summer day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear gold pour with a fizzy white head that fades to a film. Aroma is grain and faint strawberry. Taste is cereal and strawberry candy. Not overly sweet though. Lively palate. Refreshing.
