Pouts dark brown ;medium-sized , beige head. Aroma of toffee , caramel and hint of chocolate . Sweet and smooth taste with slight bitterness in the end. Rather light body. Not bad , though too watery for the brown ale.

Medium dark brown with a nice light tan head. Not much of an aroma. Very smooth almost as if it is watered down too much. There is a hint of toffee flavor but I didn’t taste any of the chocolate. Its not bad but nothing much to talk about.

Pours a dark brown. Thick two finger khaki head. Nice retention. Nice lacing.

Aroma is chocolate malt. Toffee too. There’s some coffee in there. Smells like a typical brown ale.

Tastes a little sweet. Little chocolate, little toffee. It’s a little creamy. Its also a little watery. It is malty sweet and hopped enough to be slightly bitter.

Mouthfeel is medium. Not as heavy as you might think. Its light enough to be drinkable anytime and also refreshing. Finishes bitter and dry.

Overall, its really tasty. Its not heavy. Its refreshing. It has good flavor. You can’t go wrong. Totally worth it if you can find it!

Pours dark brown with a small khaki head. Leaves some lacing. Aromas and flavors of chocolate, molasses, nuts, and perhaps a little bit of caramel. Body is pretty light and watery. Overall it is nothing amazing but certainly not bad and very easy to drink.

This was okay. Not exceptional, but certainly drinkable. I wouldn’t mind trying it again.

Deep brown with thin beige head. Roasty malty aroma. Slight astringency. Mild choc and malt. Middling at best. Narp.

From bottle: Very dark brown in appearance. Surprisingly thin mouthfeel. Curious combination of malts and hops. Is almost like a black IPA. I’d like more chocolate notes.

Bottle, 355 ml at O’hara, Zagreb. Shared with JFK10000. Pours dark brown with beige head. Malty, milk chocolate, very drinkable. Light sweetish, bit watery. Nothing spectacular, but really liked the drinkability, would be nice as everyday beer.

Pours deep brown with thin beige head. Aroma of vanilla, chocolate, a little coffee, earth. Very thin in the mouth with clean flavours of vanilla, choc, black olive, spice. In my opinion it’s very thin and short but has potential if revved up a bit. Potential session option and still better than a lot of dark beers.
