Sveriges näst vanligaste efternamn är också namnet på ett ljust och lättdrucket starköl. Andersson är ett öl med en bred folklig smak. Det har måttlig humlebeska och är perfekt när du vill servera något som både är och låter riktigt svenskt.

330ml can poured into a lager glass. Appearance is clear pale golden with a large beige frothy head, that reduced fast. Aroma of grains, mineral notes and grass. Flavor of wheat bread, lemon zest and a hint of alcohol. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Palate is light bodied, watery texture and average carbonation. Åbro Anderssons is a boozy bland lager, there are better beers for the price.

330 ml can. BB 27/Nov/14. (Systembolaget) Luleå, Sweden.
Slightly cloudy golden colour with a small white head. Grainy malty aroma with mild grassy and fruity (?) notes. The flavour is sweet earthy malty... watery and mild... låter riktigt svenskt as they say...

Backlog. As common a beer as the name would imply. Nothing special about this, moving on.

Aroma; sweet malts, grass, hints of marzipan, lemon, apple. Clear bright golden beer. Off white head, then a thin layer and ring inside the mug. Taste; malts, grass, leaves, bread, but hops only a dream far away. To palate; slippery, slicky, slightly watery. Finishes in a sweet way, malts and grains, dark bread, faint hints of cardboard only. Therefore overall average among the average. (33cl cans abv5.2%, one "Starköl" and one "Svensk Ljus Lager" w same can colour and design, different barcodes, b@Systembolaget Luleå Sweden, tasted@home Norway)

Remarkable aromas of malt in this beer. The flavor is tastier and sweeter. Maybe a little taste of lemon. Rather thin aftertaste. But this beer is all right but not much more.
