1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 jacobwennbom (348) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - APR 29, 2006
Standard swedish 3.5% lager. Low bitterness, couldn’t really taste anything hop-like. Resembles Budwiesser in its bleak fashion. One of those beers that get better the colder they are served.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 rlgk (7449) - Skövde, SWEDEN - DEC 6, 2005
Yellow with a quite ok white head. Aroma is a bit grassy. Quite malty flavorwith some metal notes in the finish. A bit sweetish, but not too bad considering it is a 3.5.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 MiP (12160) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 22, 2005
Bottle. Metallic aroma. Pale golden colour. Stable, rocky head. Watery flavour with a hint of hops. The aftertaste is bready.
1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 sayravai (4655) - Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 6, 2005
(Bottled, BBE 03/2006) Paleish golden color with a small, mostly fading head with some lace. Initially has some German-style, grassy-honeyish hops and butter, but they fade quickly into slightly plasticky and stuffy aroma with a hint of sweetness remaining. Quite boring flavor with only faint hints of sweet fruitiness and grassy hops. Not offensive, though. Light-bodied, near-watery, carbonated palate. A decent thirst-quencher, but doesn’t offer much tastewise. This is the first bottle I’ve ever seen with an integrated bottle opener in the bottom - what a nice idea, although I didn’t try it!:)
1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 omhper (17472) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 10, 2005
Bottled. Golden colour, brief head. Fruity and light bodied. Mellow, near this mouthfeel. Very low hop rate and not much malt character. Finishes with a hint of boiled vegetables.
