(Bottle). Slightly sweet malt aroma with hints of some grassy hops. Vaguely sour and metallic malt flavor with hints of grassy hops. Thin and watery aftertaste. Easy to drink but so boring!

Can 33cl. Clear golden, medium white head that dissipates quick leaving no lacings. Sweet artificial maltish, over-cooked vegetables, grassy. Taste is clean, medium bodied with agressive carbo, malt, grassy finish. Quite clean taste, no off flavours.

Puszka 0,5 litra. Posmak metalu, nieprzyjemna, drażniąca goryczka, im dalej tym gorzej. Ostatecznie końcówkę wylałem.

500ml can poured into a lager glass. Appearance is pale golden with a large beige frothy head, that reduced quickly leaving a little laving. Aroma of grass, dough and wheat bread. Flavours of bread and lemon zest. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Palate is light bodied, slightly soft texture and average carbonation. Åbro Original is overall a decent lager, with no off-flavours.

50cl bottle. Pours yellowish golden with a big head, quite sticky. Greasy nose, but after a while some grassy hops appear as well. Good lager taste, but nothing exceptional. Still just the right beer for an airport lay-over.

Can at bachelor’s party. A standard pale lager, not the worst I have had. Pretty ok!

Can as "Åbro Lager" 5.1% (7311100405408). This must be the closest match? Pale golden body, small head. Pretty clean sweet malty taste. Medium bitterness in the finish. The water they are using is very good indeed. Maybe I am overrating this as it’s the first pale lager that I’ve had in months. Once you take a prolonged break from them they can start to feel alright again.
