Mörkröd kropp med litet smutsvitt skum. Dofter av vanilj, röda bär och ljus sirap. Smaker av mörk choklad, kaffe och kavring. Besk eftersmak.

Bottle 50 cl, SB. Pours clear ruby dark brown with a huge creamy bubbly tanned head leaving plenty of lace. Aroma is bready, fruity, malty, toasted and spicy. Flavor is malty, spicy, molassis, bitter, fruity and roasted. Easy to drink. Finishes bitter, fruity and malty.

A little stale malt scent with a sweet and metallic tone. The taste is clearly malty with elements of molasses and bread. The aftertaste is thin and rather unpleasant, like wet cardboard.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 1 Oct 2011) Dark reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, sweetish nose with notes of dried fruit and roasted malt. Malty taste with roasted malt, dried fruit, treacle, brown sugar and a slightly spicy finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Decent but fairly boring.

Sampled at SB & WF 2011. Pours brown with a light brown head. Smells coriander and malty. Tastes creamy malty with a similar finish.

Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2011. Dark amber beer, beige head. Vegetable aroma with metallic notes. Roasted malt flavor, chocolate and some hops.

Dark red/brown with thick golden foam.
Quite strong aroma with a heavy sweetness and some diacetyle.
Bit low in taste though, sweet and some bitterness.
Full palate, bit too bubbly.
Some bitterness after but ends in a salty alcohol-taste, not really for me.

Obefintlig doft, metallisk smak, en lager öl som absolut inte har något som helst med jul att göra.

Reddish/brown with a small head.
Well, unfortunately, but it was not good enough. Pale and awkward. Not Christmassy, tasted mostly malt, bread and some "cardboard".

500ml Bottle (Tack Nina :) ) - Brown in colour. Fruity aroma with caramel and raisins detected. Tangy, fruity and malty taste with caramel and raisins detected.
