Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 11, 2006 A light yellow beer with a huge dense white head. The aroma is lightly hoppy and lightly malty. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of hops, leading to an OK bitter end. But the mouthfeel is flat. All in all, an OK pale lager. Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 15, 2008 (Bottle 33 cl) Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt and a little brewing cereal. Medium body with sweetish notes of brewing cereal and a somewhat raw and unrefined bitterness. 290308 omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden Sep 30, 2006 [Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Clear pale golden, no head. 33 cL bottle@fonefan/Brugmansia’s Cnudde tasting. Pours clear and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Light citrussy and malty aroma. Flavour is mild sweet cornish with a underlying grainy note. Ends light bitter and dry.5-3-4-2-9=2.3 oh6gdx (6460), Vaasa, Finland Oct 3, 2006 Bottled. Okay, what we have here is a new product from Åbro. So if the Vimmerby pils was quite horrible and awkward, wait ’til you see this. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is unclean tap with slight harsh hoppy hints. Very skunked. Flavour is salty and skunked, harsh hayish hops. This won’t get a single number higher than one. This could be considered as a good example of how not to make a pale lager.
