Bottle at Bilbao Berria, Barcelona
Hazy blond color. Sour aroma, with citrus fruits and wood. This one is closer to the Asturian ciders, with medium body, e few residual sugars, citrus/lemon fruitness, acid. The final is quite long, acid but not aggressive.
