Deep dark golden, with an aroma of white wine, sour grapes, and some oak barrel char. Taste is pretty sour, but not abrasive or puckering. Lots of white wine notes, but backed up with lots of sour fruity Belgo yeast. Quick leaving dry finish. Quite tasty.

Bottle poured a hazy golden amber with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of carmel, citrus, oak, light white grape and light barnyard. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of straw, citrus, light oak and light barnyard with a crisp dry tart lingering funky finish.
