Wynkoop Parade of Darks 2011. Light red appearance with a pinkish head. Effervescent, tart raspberry, slightly funky, barnyard aroma. Flavor is moderately funky, moderately sour, tart raspberry, effervescent, and well carbonated. Great first impression on their sours!

750 ml bottle poured a clear pale ruby with a small lingering pink head. Aromas of raspberry, barnyard and light straw. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of biscuit, raspberry and light barnyard with a crisp dry tart linering funky raspberry finish.
