TheAlum (3277) - Lisle, Illinois, USA - NOV 10, 2010
Sampled at FoBAB 2010 (Chicago, IL). Pours anice highly murky, lemon banana opaque. Aromas are citrusy lemon, melon, tropical fruit. Initial is citrusy lemon, grapefruit, lemon, funky dry brett, lactic acid, crab apple and zest, wet funky cheese and dust, dry on the palate. Finishes dry and tart sour. Finishes tart, fruit apple and pear, dry brett, touches of dust and funk. Leaves some nice sour and funky residue on the palate. Really much better than I could have ever expected.

HonkeyBra (2279) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - NOV 10, 2010
Sampled at FoBAB 2010. A sour from Coors? Wow. I probably would have passed had a I known that, which shows how silly biases are. Hazy orange-golden pour with a small offwhite head. Aroma of citrus, light hay and funk. Nice, citrusy taste, mildly tart, a bit of hay and funk. Kind of impressive, honestly, considering that this is from Coors. Not the best sour in the world but certainly holds its own.

deyholla (3522) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 9, 2010
Sampled from the tap at 2010 FOBAB. Poured a hazy gold with a dark tan head that dissipated quickly to the edges. Aroma had notes of tart citrus fruits with funk and a bit of biscuit. Flavor had building tart citrus note with light fruit and a bit of funk that came out in the finish. What can I say, a surprise.
