COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Acadian Pilsener follows in the classical tradition of Saaz hops and 2-row barley; the initial hop bitterness is balanced by the sweet malt, resulting in a refreshing harmony.

A tasty brew that needs to be served with foods to be truly appreciated. Somewhat lackluster without foods. This is a Cajun brew that is very woody in the aftertaste.

12oz bottle-A golden body with a decent head. Aroma of nothing with the taste being a typical pilsner.

Not as good as the vienna amber, but a great cajun pilsner with that Louisiana cypress taste that many Louisiana beers offer. Needs to be served very cold to enjoy.

Noticeably hoppy, accompanied by slight skunkiness. I’ve had worse, but this is a sub-par brew, not in the same league as their excellent Vienna Amber.
