Pours a light yellow color with a metallic corn aroma. Taste is a little metallic with a typical European malt flavor. Easy drinking pale lager with a kitschy AC DC label.

This is a pretty tasty Euro pale. It’s crystal clear w/ a foamy head. There’s grain husks and grassy hops in the nose. This has a touch of malty sweetness and is overall nice and drinkable. Texture is fairly full bodied w/ not overly vigorous carbonation. This seems like a fitting match for AC/DC, simple and solid.

568ml can from ALDI into schooner glass. Faint hop/malt nose. Pale yellow beer with no real head. Medium carbonation. Slight mineral water taste and mouthfeel. Fairly neutral. Finish is initially bitter then a touch of grapefruit appears. Refreshing, easy drinking but nothing interesting going on.

19.2 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 4/30/2015. Pours slightly hazy bright golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cracker, corn, lightly toasted bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Solid aromas with good balance of pale malt and moderate earthy hop notes; with decent strength. Taste of cracker, corn, lightly toasted bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of cracker, corn, bread, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Good balance and solid robustness of pale malt and moderate earthy hop flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Good amount of dryness after the finish. Fairly clean on lager flavors with minimal yeast ester notes present. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly grainy/sticky mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this is a very solid pale lager style. All around good balance and solid robustness of pale malt and moderate earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A pleasantly enjoyable offering.

Can. Clear golden yellow pour with a decent white head. This is definitely a gimmick beer and not much else, but it could be worse. Aroma is grainy malt, touch of corn. Flavour is very clean grain malt with a slightly bitter edge, a touch grassy and metallic.

Pour is a clear yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is all sweet lager grain aroma and not much after that. Flavor is kind of a neutral grain that does not stick around long. Finish is pure water. This is a pure gimmick beer. This reminds me of an American macro lager more than any other European beer I’ve ever had.

(1pint 3.21 fl. oz can). Thin sweet grain aroma. Clear golden body with bold white head about an inch thick. Light bitter grain taste. A hint of malt sweetness if you pay attention. A drinkable pale lager.

Can. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain, cereal, husks), lightly hoppy (herbs), with notes of soap, metal, DMS. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly unclean, husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Generic clunky industrial lager, very husky. It’s always mystifying when successful bands whore their name out to shitty breweries.

Backlog. Big fucken can from Supermarket Liquors. Clear golden appearance. A crisp and light skunky lager with average carbonation. Meh.
