COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ace Apple, CCC's flagship brand, is made with 100% pure, local apple juice giving it a fresh, natural taste and setting it apart from most other brands (not using 100% juice).

Tastes like diluted Apple Flavor Jolly Rancher. No distinct aftertaste, leaves you feeling like you just tasted a big glass of apple tinted water.

Aroma is like an apple juice, not a cider, very artificial aroma. A very musky sour apple flavor that doesn't hit the spot. If finishes sweet and sour and nicely accented with an apple aftertaste.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2003 Not entirely bad. Just apple all the way through. In the middle there is something that tastes not quite natural, but the long apple aftertaste makes up for it.

Head is small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is light apple and celery. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Along with the Pear, this is some of the most dismal artificial-tasting cider (advertising and ingredient list notwithstanding) there is...virtually no resemblance to apples or cider at all. Total drain pour.

This is the worst plain cider that I have ever tried.

Not a bad cider at all. Not as good as thier pear, but certainly one I would not shy away from trying when available. A little on the sweet side.

An average cider. Not as filling as other ciders. No bad after taste. It has a nice hint of draft.

Yep, an average cider. Sweet/tart balance fairly good, but I’d prefer a little more leaning toward the tart side.
