Oct 10, 2008 Pours a yellow color - a little bit lighter than apple juice but not by much. Rich apple aroma along with some sugar in the nose. Taste is sweet, with fizzy carbonation, and finishes off with a pie like mouthfeel - weird. Medium body, and smooth nonetheless.

Sep 30, 2008 Tasted 9/27/08. 12oz bottle. Filtered with a pale yellow hue. No head. Slight nose. Nothing to it. Medium bodied and smooth. Low effervescence. Sticky with a tart green apple flavor. Sweet but not artificial tasting. Tangy. Cloying finish. Not too bad, but I couldn’t drink too many.
