This is a perfect cider. Why the low ratings? Sweet lightly carbonated and very thrist quenshing. I highly recomend it! You can tell the apples are fresh

Love this stuff, mix it with some guiness and you got a great snake bit!!! Or just by itself, a shot of whiskey is good too!!!

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2008 12 oz brown bottle that is surprisingly not a twist off, Oh well, go get the opener. Sweet aroma of sour apples greats your nose. Looks like a pale yellow American lager. Taste is fresh and slightly sour, sweet but not sickening syrupy sweet. Leaves a delicious aftertaste following each swig. Too nice too be a beer. Can’t detect alky, not like a wine cooler. No head, and few bubbles tho I do get a good tingle on the palate for each swig. Should not be rated against beer. Quite different than most beers, perhaps this can be compared to fruit beers. Finish is pretty straight forward, sweet and tart. A very mild alky bitterness is sensed on the back of the palate during the very end of the finish.

Pours a clear golden color. Very sharp and very tart. Nice and quenching. A very good cider.

Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Taste is lightly sweet, acidic, lightly tannic. thin to medium bodied with light carbonation.

A good cider. It has quite an original taste. A bit sweet for me, I am a true beer lover.

An average cider. Not as filling as other ciders. No bad after taste. It has a nice hint of draft.

In the bottle. Pale yellow with a rapidly fleeting bright white head. Has a dry apple aroma. Initially, there’s an apple sweetness, then it is followed by a hard tart finish. This is dry, but not too dry. medium carbonation and a great palate for a cider.

Slightly musty green apple aroma while the appearance is very pale gold. The flavor is crisp and not too sour. A decent cider.

Not a bad cider at all. Not as good as thier pear, but certainly one I would not shy away from trying when available. A little on the sweet side.
