Pours a light golden yellow color. Aroma is pretty much apple (somewhat artificial). Flavor is sweet, a touch acidic. Finish is lightly sweet.

The aroma was a surprise. There is definitely watermelon. There is also apples and honey. The appearance is pale gold. The flavor is pretty good with a honey apple taste along with some melon. The palate is typical for the style. This is not what I was expecting but it’s decent anyway.

This bottled cider poured a small sized head of almost fully diminished medium sized white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a carbonated transparent light orange brown colored body. The aroma contained strong sweet apple notes. The mouth feel was nice and tingly from start to finish. The apple honey flavor lasted well after the finish of the swig.

Bottle. Poured a very small white head that quickly dissipated, fine-small sized bubbles, no lacing, transparent, carbonated, and a yellow hue. Sweet, honey and apple aroma. Sweet, apple honey, somewhat syrupy flavor. Smooth, dry and slight syrupy mouthfeel. Light body.

Draft at the Brickskellar. Pale gold pour with some honey and apple in the aroma and flavor. A slight tartness coupled with some honey is evident at the finish. Decent.

Light apple and even lighter honey aromas. Gold. Flavor is sweet. I can taste the honey because I know it is there, but otherwise it is hard to pick out. Sweet, and a dry finish as the description says.

22 oz bomber, Calandro Supermarket, Baton Rouge, La. Pours a crystal clear pale golden, no head. Aroma of airplane glue, not pleasant. Reminds me a bit of a stale mead. Some honey flavor, but mostly sticky and cloyingly sweet., Not much of a apple presence noted. Mouthfeel is sticky, in a bad way. Not the best cider.

Light golden color with a modest soft peak egg white head. Mild green apple and light floral perfume invade the nostrils. Dry mead qualities apparent. With a tart apple backdrop. A mix of sparkling mead and apple juice. Actually not that bad. An interesting twist. Somewhat thick on the palate.

Clear amber color. Gee, I wonder what this one might taste like. Hmmm... perhaps, apple? I didn’t taste much honey, but it was less sticky-sweet than some other mass ciders.
