2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap at ciderpub. Similar to their apple cider except that some notes of honey come through. I like this as it adds an additional layer of complexity.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Slightly buttery apple aroma. Clear yellow, still. Buttered pear flavor. Crisp apple, honey, and rose hip finish. Great still cider! My new favorite cider, at least that I can get locally.

Hello honey... and apple-ish. Not too bad, a strong honey presence for sure. Nice in the nose and I like how the honey interacts with the apple tartness. A very sweet cider though.

Honey is present in spades. Mild apple with a muted tart finish. Dry and sweet.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Clear, straw color. Sweet apple aroma with a musty meadish honey note. Dry and crisp apple flavor with a pronounced sweetness that I’m assuming is a result of the honey. Finishes with a somewhat waxy, lingering note.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: NOV 2, 2007 Quite sweet, with strong honey-apple blend in taste and aroma. The flavour is fairly good, but has a faint off-putting aroma and the sweetness is almost too much. The appearance is not great. I like it, but it is too sweet for me to want more than once a year if that.

I should start by saying that I’m not cut out for something this sweet. It tastes something like a very, very sweet Granny Smith Apple, though more like an apple Jolly Rancher than anything else. I won’te be going here again.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Light gold. Translucent with no head, save some scattered bubbles. Honey and apple notes with light tartness and some sugary notes. Taste is apple, light honey, and some sugary sweetness. Body is light, refreshing and crisp with a touch of dryness on the back end. Finishes with more apple and honey but a reduced sugary profile. Not bad.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Aroma is oddly herbal atop the honey and apple notes. Body is a clear yellow/brown tinged affair with no head. Flavor is all sweet apples and honey on back end. It has a very refreshing wetness that makes it somewhat thirst quenching and very easy to drink. Has more flavor intensity than the regular Apple Cider they do.
