COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our cidermakers have developed a seasonal cider, with pumpkin and allspice for the fall. The cider is crisp with subtle aromas of pumpkin, ideal for Halloween and Thanksgiving which is traditionally cider time, Enjoy!

12oz bottle poured into a flute at 44°. Color is a bright clear gold with bubbly carbonation and no head. Aroma is sour apple and spice. It had a light body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor is apple and pumpkin with just a hint of spice. After taste is clean with a little tart apple. Overall its not bad, but I must say that apple and pumpkin just don’t go well together and its just a little odd.

Pour is a dark orange in color and medium carbonation. The smell is spices, apples, and leaves: fall scent. Taste follows. A bit heavy on the spice and the idea of pumpkin, but I didn’t specifically taste pumpkin. Spice and apples balanced pretty well.

Sparkling light copper pour, little to no head. Aroma is of pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg, quite pleasant. Spice forward flavor with hints of golden delicious apples in the back ground with a light pumpkin pie spice finish. Mouthfeel has a nice crispness to it.

Sampled from the bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has lots of sweet apple with spice and cinnamon supporting. Flavor has notes of dry earthy apple with spice underlying.

Bottle. Pours a very dark orange-amer with no head and sparse visible carbonation. Nose is apple, gourd, and spice; there’s also candle wax and a little floral element. Really sweet, with a mild pumpkin spice element to the apple; the floral waxy thing is back. It tastes like a florist smells on some level, or perhaps a Hallmark store. Finish is short. Meh.

Pours gold into a shaker. No head. Cinnamon and apple aromas. Soft with pumpkin, apple and allspice. Very sweet, but tastes like a good pie.
