Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright yellow-gold color with a small soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was tangy, sour, buttery and a bit off with faint clove and cinnamon underneath. The flavor was tangy, tart and astringent with sharp cinnamon and apple. Medium length tart and astringent apple and cinnamon finish. Light body. Not good.

Bottle that popped up in a bargain bin at Nugget Market in Woodland, CA. Pours gold with no head. Light aromas of pie spice. Med minus body. Flavor is a bit tart (is that crisp?) with light pie spice. Not sure about squash. Fairly tasty stuff.

A nice all spice flavor in a cider. I didnít really taste any pumpkin in the cider but I did taste some pumpkin pie. Overall not bad.

A- Pumpkin, spices, alcohol, pungent.
A- Golden color, clear liquid, no head.
T- Pumpkin, squash, spices, alcohol.
P- Medium body, abrasive texture, high carbonation, astringent finish.
O- Too much pure alcohol taste and the pumpkin flavor was off. Not a very good cider.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle sampled at a tasting event. From notes. Tastes like a decent cider with pumpkin pie spices dumped in, but not a lot of pumpkin.

Single from NBD. When did pumpkin become so casual?
Ommegang Anniversary glass. Clear, mellow amber/copper body. Slightly cheerful.
Smell is yammy & moderately spiced. More nutmeg-ish then the supposed all-spice.
Taste is thankfully soft on the seasoning. No overwhelming thoughts of cinnamon here. Thereís just a single, mild note of prickling, bitter spice. Sharp & bittersweet apple juice in front. Leafy green & acidy. More tart then sweet. Quite tart. Weak carbonation, but still very refreshing.
Reminds me of my last attempt at apple pie, sour, sweet, & bitter. Not my best, but interesting.

This cider has a very strong spicy aroma much like pumpkin pie. It has a much sweeter cider like flavor.

Tallahassee, Fl - New Leaf Market - 12 oz bottle. Sparkling light copper pour, little to no head. Aroma is of pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg, quite pleasant. Spice forward flavor with hints of golden delicious apples in the back ground with a light pumpkin pie spice finish. Mouthfeel has a nice crispness to it.

10/30/13. On tap at Bleu Cafe. Biting the bullet on this since there wasnít anything else new on tap. Clear golden orange pour with no head, as expected. Mild, sweet cider aroma with just a hint of pie spice. Sweet flavor, apple cider with nutmeg and cinnamon. This is actually pretty good if you know what youíre in for. Like most pumpkin beers, itís basically just spice, but unlike the beers, in this case it makes it into a really nice tasting cold spiced apple cider. I donít mind it one bit.
