Bottle. Strange chemical/petroleum apple aroma. Pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Dry green/underipe/jollyrancher apple and artificially tart flavor. Light fizzy body, dry finish. This makes the third cider I’ve tried from this company, and all of them are overly and artificially tart with the addition of malic acid and "enhanced" with natural flavorings. I guess they don’t think apples have enough apple flavor. I won’t be trying any more of their ciders.

6.9% abv (new bottle?). The color was a nice yellow with a messy, fluffy head. Aromas were just apple and leaves, very ambient in a sense. The taste was crisp and dry apple, with little tart towards the finish. It got sweeter as it warmed up, but just not really a full flavor.

Clean and Crisp, this is a refreshing cider. Think of a dry Apple Champagne it’s sparkling, clear, medium sweetness with tart. Hard to believe the alcohol is 6.9%.

Pale, almost transparent, draft, it is my first cider and I think it was perfect, very drinkable. Even it is a hard cider, for me it was a little soft. Will start to try more cider, definetively

Draft at NCBC. Pours a crystal clear pale gold with a fizzy thick white head. Sour cabbagey nose with fusel over-carbed overtones. Fizzy medium body with soap, cabbage, fusel, and CO2 showing. Tart finish.

22 oz bottle from Roth’s Vista Market,Salem. $4.99 Pours a light clear yellow, attractive carbonation strings..actually held a fine bubble head for a minute! Aroma of tart apples..maybe a little candy sugar Taste is quite tart ..i like this little sweet to begin with then it gets more tart until at the end it is sour.Like this OK mouthfeel it is a dry cider but i have had drier. OK drink..liked the tartness of this one

slight vinegar taste at first takes away from the smoothness, but not a bad for a dry cider. much better than others i have tasted, a decent brew.

Aroma is mushy/musty apples and a slight hint of spice. The flavor is apples, a hint of tart fruit and a long and sour finish.

Bottle @ home picked up at Wilbur’s Foco. Pour looks like Chardonnay, very light whitish yellow, clear appearance with a bubbly head that is gone in no time. A touch spicy, dull apple core, slightly grassy, herbal aroma that isn’t really all that interesting. Tangy, lightly tart but fairly sweet apple juicy, light pear, sugary, a touch herbal flavor. Eh, not horrible but not super good either.
