Had this on tap. Not much to say except standard macro cider taste with more of an alcohol bite. This should be banned as its potential date rape beverage. Overall pass.....

Pale, white tint. No head, and thus high maintenance. Revreshingly sweet aroma, but that is uually the case with deception. Papery, fried flour, pale, sugary taste. Fritzy, not frizzy, mouthfeel and you know thatís bad. Reproachful aftertaste, as is the case with MOST white wines.

Very light yellow pour. Aroma of tart apples and light yeast. Flavor is very tart, yeast comes through, lemons and apples. Interesting.

Bottle from Whole Foods courtesy of cwsample. Clear light straw color. No head. Cider aroma. Apples, crispness, slight butter. Refreshing. Taste is apple tartness and light sweet flavors. Soft and easy.

Bottle... Pours nearly clear with effervescence, but no head. The aroma is of dried, fallen apples. Light-bodied with a thin mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. The flavor is far more tart and refreshing than I anticipated. Sweetness is low. Alcohol is unapparent. Finishes tangy and dry. Bottle states 6% ABV; not 8% ABV. Enjoyable.

Acetobacter (816) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 30, 2010
Enjoyed on tap in a pub glass. The beer pours a Champagne-colored light yellow hue, with essentially no head. The nose carries the slight scent of artificial backsweetening, but also pleasant hints of tart apples. The palate lacks the bracing acidity and tartness of some better European examples of the style, but still manages to show a subtle note of tartness, especially in the mid- and late palate. Artificial sweetness is also present in the flavor profile, but is subtle enough to avoid being a real detractor. Perhaps the ciderís highlight is its deft concealment of alcohol. At 8%abv, this is about as drinkable as lemonade...dangerous in its deception. Overall, a little too much of an effort to appeal to the narrow American palate, but style a decent effort.

Pours out a light yellow chardonnay .. . light pear and apple wine aromas .. . light perry, light chardonnay, and light tart apple juice flavours .. . light spritz in the mouth, not as smooth as one would like .. . decent, wine drinkers would love it.. . Never start with the head! The victim gets all... fuzzy...

Bottle. Poured a light golden with a quick fizzy white head. Aroma and flavor of apple and light earthiness. Light body and a light tart apple aftertaste.
