UPDATED: JAN 16, 2011 I love this stuff, light and crisp, apples and nice carbonation, bubbly feel. Much better than other watery or overly sweet ciders, great stuff.

This was pretty awesome. Looks like a hazy Budweiser. Aroma of apples. Tastes like very sour apples and sugar. Mouth puckering at first, but the sour apple taste gives way to some fruity sweetness in the end. The high ABV is nicely hidden. Perfect company to a plate of smoked duck.

Pours a clear yellow color with tons of bubbles and no head. Aromas are sweet apple and pear. The taste is like a dry sweet champagne with a hint of apple and some alcohol. Not as good as their Pear cider.

(22oz bottle thanks to bu11zeye) near clear with nice bubbles. Nose of pear, fermented apples. Taste is sugary, apple juice, pears, soft carbonation and a nice tart linger.

Light yellow with a white head. The aroma is apples. The flavor is very sweet apples, not near as dry as I thought it would be.

Smells like apple blossoms. A little dry. Looks like water. I think you should drink water instead.

Draft at World of Beer (Carrollwood, FL). Pours a clear golden yellow color with a foamy white head. Tart and crisp apple aroma and flavor. The 8% is undetectable. Dry aftertaste.

Nice to see an American cidery try to get away from the over the top tartness and sweetness that they are all mostly guilty of and try to make a decent cider in the dry vein.

Tasted 8/9/10. 22oz bomber. Very, very pale straw golden hue. Trace ring of read. Champaign style nose with tart green apple candy note. Bubble gum and sugary sweet. Medium bodied with a bitter tart body and the effervescence of a sparkling wine. Mild finish and a slightly lingering mix of 7Up sticky citrus and Green Apple candy. Decent stuff.
