This was pretty awesome. Looks like a hazy Budweiser. Aroma of apples. Tastes like very sour apples and sugar. Mouth puckering at first, but the sour apple taste gives way to some fruity sweetness in the end. The high ABV is nicely hidden. Perfect company to a plate of smoked duck.

Aroma is mushy/musty apples and a slight hint of spice. The flavor is apples, a hint of tart fruit and a long and sour finish.

Not the best smelling or most attractive cider I’ve ever seen. Smells like a little apple, and some champagne yeast. Looks like a drug test sample. Tastes like a beautifully dry, yet still complex champagne. There are fresh apple and pear flavors, some slightly tannic, mouth puckering flavors as well, and then the champagne yeast that lets it all finish long, clean and dry. This is a well done, classic hard cider.

Clean and Crisp, this is a refreshing cider. Think of a dry Apple Champagne it’s sparkling, clear, medium sweetness with tart. Hard to believe the alcohol is 6.9%.

Sweet, soft grassy blossom aroma. Very pale yellow, fizzy head, fairly still in the glass. Dry and tastes like old wood, green apple skin, dry finish.

Bottle at Sunset when we stopped in for their Shorts event prior to EBF. Pours a clear straw yellow gold. Sweet apples, toast, and sugar. Almost cheesy on the nose, weird cream cheese sort of aromas. Apple strudel perhaps? Lightly effervescent. Soft caramel and toast. Decent enough.

On tap @ the. . . cidery? Clear pale pale straw with no head, just a couple streamlined beads of carbonation. Aroma has apple juice and apple candy. Flavor has pretty tart apples and not much else. Not much sweetness to be had and finishes semi-dry. Light carbonation with a light to medium body. Not too bad, if unspectacular.

Pours a light effervescent slightly yellow clear color. Ripe apple, sour patch kids, and a hint of cinnamon. Almost a moscato like sweetness, with an additional kick of acidity. It kind of tastes like old white wine, that has gone slightly flat. Think New Zealand Sauv blanc meets Moscato d’ Asti, with a touch of riesling a day after being opened. Not too terrible though.

Good easy drinkin hard cider. Fairly fermented out, not a whole lotta sugar. Hides its alky content well, you’d never know this is over 5%. Could kick your ass if yaer not careful.
