2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Light golden pour with no head. Flower, wax, green apple, Californian Sauvignon Blanc. Some bitterness. More wine than cider. Not bad but want more character as a cider.

4.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
I love this cider, but it’s not for everyone’s taste. Extremely dry and tart with not much aroma. But I’m always looking for the driest, lowest carb/sugar ciders that I can find. So I can still enjoy alcohol while living a lower carb-gluten free lifestyle. Cider styles vary incredibly, so just depends what you like.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Faint yellow without a head light carbonation. Aromas tart apple candy and slightly earthy. Flavors light tart apple cider and slightly woody. Lightly sour and medium sweet. Not to bad just very one-dimensional and can get boring after a while.

Like the description, this is a very champagne-like cider. Aroma has floral, lemon, and hints of spice. Light yellow with minimal head. Thin bodied, tart finish.

Pours a clear pale yellow. Faint aroma of grass and apples. Dry, tart, and fizzy. Similar to cheap sparkling white wine, but with tart green apple finish.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
One of my favorite Ace’s, and not because of the higher percentage (though that helps!). The aftertaste is the win for me: you don’t taste the added alcohol level and instead it’s a nice crisp, champagne like drying effect.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
While I had anticipated a somewhat boring and plain cider, I was pleasantly surprised. Not so bubbly, slightly dry, but leaves a pleasant taste on the tongue of fresh apples that leaves you wanting more. I’m happy I decided to take this one off the shelf.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the Growler House, served in a flight. Pours a clear bright pale yellow with no head. Surprisingly tart apple, of a green variety, with lemon-lime, faint florals, and sugars. Gets sweeter as it warms. Light-medium bodied, with low carbonation and a sour, tangy, sweet mouthfeel. Interesting cider.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sample at Tony’s Darts Away. Pale yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and mild spice. Light to medium body with flavors of apples, herbs and citrus. The finish is dry with a mild apple aftertaste. Average overall.
