Bottled. A light yellow perry with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of pears and a bit of pear core. The flavor is very sweet - a bit artificial with strong notes of pears, leading to a lightly tart finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Almost clear as water with a light hue of green. Sweetish pear aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet/sour pear accents. Only a discreet tartness in the finish. Perhaps the pear notes appear somewhat artificial while the cider base appears quite authentic. 050709

Pours pale yellow. Aroma is mildy fruity apple and pears. Flavour is pear and apples in a bit syntetic blend. Citric flavoured. A bit sweet but goes dry in the finish. Leaves a strange syntetic flavour.

Light blond color. Light aroma of pear candies. Quite sweet and artificial. Some acidity in the end.

Bottle at Crosse Keys, London. clear very pale green gold with thin white head. Really bad. Too sweet. Thats just too horrible, no real apple or pear juice, bit of kiddie sweets.

Clear pale body (pear juice colored). Aroma is sweet, melon, some toffee, light pear. Taste is sweet, rich, fruity (melon), some toffee and pear. Light body. Quite an unusual cider (at least for my limited experience with cider) -- much richer than I'm used to, and unlike others I've had, certainly not dominated by the fruit it's based on.

Bottle at JDW dundee... Imagine the Palest yellow... no, paler than that... Ok now take some yellow way ... thats the colour ... nose is artificial pear, but not the pear drop sweetie smell... way way to fizzy ... flavour is as pale as its colour... maybe ive got a sparkling water in a pear cider bottle.

Aroma of apples and pear skins. Light golden color with a thin white head. Flavor is apple and pear. The apple comes first, leaves, and then the pear appears. For an instant it made "Jolly Rancher" come to mind.The finish is apple cider sweet, with some pear skin, and a Granny Smith note.

Bottle... Labeled as Ace Fermented Perry Cider... Clear, straw-colored cider with a small, creamy, white head. The nose is all green apple bubblegum. Sweet, fruity flavor. Medium-bodied and fizzy. Finishes medium tart and medium dry. Overall, too sweet for me.
