Pours a pale yellow with a really big white head with monster bubbles and nice lacing. Aroma is very yeasty, some banana, some citrus, apple, and a hint of alcohol. Tastes very yeasty as well with a prodomonent banana flavor, other soft fruits show through as well as apple. Finishes with a funny metallic bitterness that I’m not entirly fond of, but overall this is a nice beer.

Beautiful gold color with a massive rocky head that leaves great big clumps of lacing on the glass. Nose of apples and grapes. Tart, fruity taste with a slight chalkiness on the palate. Sweet finish that’s reminiscent of white wine.

Lubiere (6707) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 9, 2009
A golden ale with huge solid floaties which actually plop in the glass, and a thick onctuous off white head. Aroma is of candy sugar, citrus, orange peels, coriander and light Brett. In mouth, a classy crisp and sweetish malt with coriander, curacao, caramel, and warming alcohol. Exceptional. Bottled 01/08/07

Nice deep golden, cloudy beer with a creamy and stable white head. Pleasant nose with spicy cinnamon&vanilla , fine citrus perfumes, coriander, some hop. Smooth mouthfeel with a lively carbonation. Taste of caramel and sourish yeast, citruses, coriander and nice spices. Sweet but hoppy in the finish, smooth aftertaste.
