3cl bottle. VERY GOOD!!!. medium body. Very easy to drink due to a great balance between sweet biscuity malt and a few bitter spicy hops. The ending is moderately bitter and zest OVERALL : excellent blond. Easy to drink and well balanced. . And what a great balance. A reference !

This one has a hazy body with a golden color. The pure white head stays as a thick layer and leaves some lacing. Nose has notes of yeast, honey, spices and raisins. The taste is sweet, followed by s a mildly bitter dry finish. Carbonation is quite lively and the palate is rich but not cloying. Quite nice.

Pours 90% foam. Super frothy. Takes forever to settle to a hazy golden color with a high density of very slowly rising small bubbles. Smells like a musty old basement or church. Flavor is smooth yeasty caramel. Light body and easy flowing. Good for a blonde which usually suck, but this is a Belgian.

DAA; Pours clear golden with a creamy, lasting, lacing off-white head. Aroma is yeasty, fruity, citrus, malty, pepper, caramell and alcohol with grassy tones. Taste mirrors. Medium body, crispy texture with a lively carbonation. Long warming dry with a spicy, bitter finish. Interesting and fantastic for a blond.

330ml bottle @ De Heksestoel, Loker. Big bold Belgian yeast, not too dissimilar to Westmalle but with more floral aspects and not quite as good. Still an excellent trappist beer.
