19/06/2016 @home - 75cl bottle from the abbey. Hazy orange with nice creamy, rocky head. Nice lively carbonation. Nose is sweet malts, fruity hops, candi sugar. Taste is sweet malty, bitter hops with fruitiness (especially peach), candi sugar and a little sour thing. Love this

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2016 Trade with BenBreeg. In Teku glass. Reading CSHTP6 Ch20 + playing Tomb Raider 2015. Foamy but doesnt affect feeling. Dry, with some sweetness and a remarkable herbal hoppyness. Improves as it warms up.

Perfect murky blond pour, long lasting dense head, gentle carbonation. A: very nicely balanced and refreshing aroma of lime, malts, pine note, yeasty saison note. Perfectly (dry) hopped, lovely. T: starts malty but fresh, hay note. Light boozy hairspray note, alcohol not as well hidden as the normal Achel Blond. Medium bitter development with peppery notes, lime, faintest marzipan note. Finish is fairly dry, fruity, banana.

Licht wazig perzik/gouden bier met flinke witte schuimkraag. Gist in de neus met fruitige toetsen. Goed mondgevoel met biiterige smaak. Licht zoetige afdronk met ’droge’ nasmaak. Misschien ge’dry-hopped’?
