33cL bottle. Really enjoyable citrus-y blonde. Aroma is divine, matches taste. Appearance is really nice, hazy bold yellow, good head, fades, little lacing. Taste is very good, medium body, good aftertaste.

33 cl bottle. semi-violent gusher with a tricky delay. Cloudy orange, smooth white head. aroma of yeast, yellow fruits, very faint hay, faint wild yeasty note. flavor is flowery sweet, yeasty, dry yellow fruity. Tyipically belgian. Alc well hidden, almost a beligan session beer ;-)

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a tall and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready and slightly cara-malty aroma with mildly citric and floral notes, accompanied by a spicy and yeasty touch. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a lively carbonation. Bready malty taste with a moderate fruit-character combined with a mildly spicy touch; slightly fruity and yeasty finish with a slightly rough bitterness and a tinge of alcohol shining through. Not particularly balanced blond Ale. 04.I.11

Bottled 330ml (Beer Planet, BB ?/2010)
Hazy orange color, decent white head, some floating yeast. Aroma is yeasty, white peppery with hints of orange. Medium-bodied with crisp carbonation. Bitter spiceyness in the flavor: white pepper, citrus, but also yeast is strongly present. Yeast tastes a bit unclean, otherwise reasonably refreshing.

Bottle. A light fruity smell of citrus and grapefruit, some bread. The medium large white foamy head has a long duration. The body is pale yellow. The taste is light bitter and weak metallic. The body is light foamy and rather light with a lively carbonation.

Draught at the brewery’s pub.
Poured hazy-opalescent yellow with a small lacing off-white head. Aroma and flavor with belgian yeasts, some malt and light spicies. Easy drinkable belgian ale without any big deal.

Bottled sample via lubiere. Gold in colour with fairly strong carbonation. Aromas are of cookie dough, apple juice, and a touch of herbal and floral hops. In the mouth, the beer is light bodied and somewhat chalky with flavors of pale malts, banana, spicy yeast, and citrus. Easy drinking, but it’s a fairly muted experience overall.
