COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cross-cultural brew was first made at the request of an Irish musical group and was named "Celtic Heaven," but soon became a permanent part of the Serafijn lineup. Similar to a light Irish ale, but but with the intriguing of a spicy, almost perfumed aroma that comes not from spices but from a special Belgian yeast.

Kolor: miedziany, delikatnie m?tny. Piana koloru ecru, niezbyt wysoka i niestety nie trwa?a. Aromat: palono??, ciemne owoce, delikatne nuty kawowe. W smaku jest podobnie, obok ciemnych, s?odkich owoców, ?wie?e pieczywo, ponownie palono?? i nuty kawowe. Wysycenie wysokie, delikatnie szczypie w j?zyk, alkohol na granicy przyjemnego odbioru.

Ambrée trouble, effervescence moyenne, col blanc cassé moyen. Principalement maltée en entrée, très légèrement torréfiée, petit fruité bienvenu, amertume épicée qui ressort bien par la suite.

330 ml. bottle @ home. Procured from Willems & Zoon. Only lightly hazy burned sugar amber, off-white head. Nose is sticky BE, burned sugar, brown apple, herbal malts & iron touch. High carbonation, way too high. Fizzy metallic, herbal, tad empty sticky BE beer, leaves, bark, bitter herbal spices, tad bitter ginseng, faint herbal alcohol. Pretty unexciting Belgian, not that good either.

Bottle from an early trade consumed at home from notes. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor had pale malts, yeast, fruit, banana, mild spices, not too much that stands out, probably wouldn’t do this again.
