A sweet yeasty aroma , with fusel alcohol, very aromatic, a bit doughy. In mouth, a lightly sweet doughy malt with light coriander, a bit buttery, thus the celtic angel name. Medium bodied. Clear, amber brown body with a long-lasting foamy off-white head. Sweet heavy yeast flavour. Medium-full body. Interesting and mild.

Spices and late fruits in flavour overshadowed by candy sweetness. Soft texture (shared with Finn A. at Pegasus, Copenhagen 28.05.2008).
