Bottle. Pours an amber body with an off white head. Aroma is sweet some cinnamon, and other spices, a bit hot, and some light citrus fruit. Easy to drink and the 8% does it part. Good beer.

Poured from 33ml bottle an amber orange with off-white medium sized head that faded quickly and low carbonation. Aromas of rising dough with bubblegum and a yeasty tartness. Flavors of light toasted bread, caramel, some soft fruit hints like pineapple and mango, and a bit of bubblegum. It has a nice balance between sweet and dry. Palate is mildly sweet with a yeasty tartness and very mild spiciness. I liked this beer. Wish it had better carbonation which would drive up the spice, but I’d buy this one again.

Aroma is fruity with banana and pineapple tones. Color is a hazy orange with very low carbonation and the head dissipates quickly to nothing at all. Taste is light and fruity. Starting with a light/medium body it goes down smooth with a slight fizzy feel. Finish comes in fruity with an apple and pineapple flavor followed by just a tiny bitterness. After taste is clean with a warm feel and just a hint of alcohol. This is a tasty brew and makes for a nice Christmas brew. This is the fourth beer from a box set called Christmas in Belgium and is the best one so far.

~ Pours a cider colour with a resilient small head. ~ Aroma is light. Somewhat sweet like fresh cut green apples. A little bit of spiciness. Smells pleasant. ~ Taste is nice. Starts of a bit bitter and ends sweet. Alcohol definetly present. ~ Palate is a little dry and sticky. ~ This is a decent beer. A little sweet, but not overpowered.

Bottle: Cloudy amber, tons of carbonation, thick self-restorative head. Nose of bright carbonation, apple and alcohol, green pumpkin, light caramel, super fumey with a fig and raisin note. Meaty bready flavor with a strong alcohol kick. Light molasses in the finish. Decent, albeit hot and fizzy.

hazy iced tea colored pour with a gigantic off white head that settles back in at a medium pace. yeasty aroma with notes of cinnamon, banana, orange peel and perfume. perfume carries over to the flavor as well. it’s combined with brown sugar, earth, orange and a metallic maltiness that never disappears. yeasty dryness and spice on the finish. aftertaste is very floral. medium bodied with a soft airy texture.

750 ml bottle from State Line. Pours hazy deep copper with 3-finger, huge fluffy head. Aroma is honey, caramel malt, spicy florals, nutmeg. Tastes of honey, spicy floral notes, caramel malt, some fruit. Remains somewhat sweet and spicy throughout, with a decent palate heft and complexity.

Deep amber-orange colour with a thick very white head. Aroma is quite sweet with lots of pale Belgian malt. Light rummy brown sugar in a pale malt base. Fruity with some peachy lightness as well as some heavier date and sweet plum character. Rich and fairly bready maltiness. Sweet and quite bockish base malts but with a fairly fruity yeasty accent. Softly spicy throughout. Well-integrated, big and complex, but still quite drinkable. A very enjoyable brew.
