Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 15, 2004 A hazy dark orange beer with an orange head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of caramel, coriander and overripe fruits. The flavor is of plums, fruits combined with the alcohol running over the tongue. The end is dry and filled with coriander. omhper (10393), Stockholm, Sweden Nov 18, 2002 Sampled draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, Sweden.
Ruby coloured and cloudy . Acidic nose. Sweet and sugary. Malty with velvetty mouthfeel and clean finish with low bitterness. Very mild and dangerously drinkable. Papsoe (9980), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 2, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Dark brown with an underlying orange hue. Huge, bubbly, beige head which collapses rather fast. Unclear with a large sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Lovely aromas of dried fruit and some sweet caramel, but actually the body is rather light. The alcohol is dangerously well hidden. Limited bitterness in the finish. Unfortunately this is overly carbonated which is a major drawback in an otherwise excellent beer. 010605 joergen (6240), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 2, 2005 Bottled.
Clear brown coloured with an off white head.
