ChristianScheffel (2318), Odense, Denmark Nov 27, 2007 Yellow with floating particles. Big and bubbly white head. Grapefruit, wheat and yeast in the aroma. Dry and yeasty with a lemon juice-like acidity. Which is not the same as pleasant tartness.
heemer77 (3827), Savannah, Missouri, USA Nov 21, 2008 Hazy dark bronze orange with a huge light khaki head. The aroma is medicinal with some oranges and apples. There is also a pleasant green fresh cut wood scent. It’s like you entered an orchard and cut some branches while eating part of the harvest. The taste is like light brown sugar mixed with some iced tea. There is also some light mango fruit in the finish. Hints of dry wood throughout. Highly carbonated, this is a decent brew. Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 15, 2008 Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruits, and so is the flavor, leading to a slightly spicy finish. The body is a bit thin.
