3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Citrus and spice aroma, slight clove and bread. Orange-gold with a white head. Sweet orange, kiwifruit? spices, malty yet dry and bitter. Medium bodied. Not bad.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear orange, faint haze; yellow-orange thick & dense head, with confluent bubbles. Creamy nose, like spiced coffee milk. Ginger & some citrus, I suspect white candi sugar. Very toasted & spiced malt. This is not spiced, but spiKed orange juice, with the peel pressed in. Bitterish-earthy surrounding flavour, while deep down below there’s (quite) some sweet pale malt. Well bodied, some alcohol, rather dry. No individual faults, just not very exciting. Rather a sweeter tripel than an X-mas special.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Copper color; beautiful, rocky head; Belgian lace. Very nice, hoppy aroma, with some fruitness (most of all hop flowers). Smooth, very spicy, dry malt, good hop line (lovely hop flowers!); dry caramel at the end, when the bitterness comes out a bit more. Long and strong final. Excellent!

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled. A blonde beer with a big white head. The aroma is spicy and slightly floral. The taste is more of the same but is a little thin and dry. It is drinkable though

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Strange aroma of lemon, wheat and medicin. Yellow color, hazy, white head, good lace. Rather sweet, hint of sourness, bitter start but very gin metallic bitter finish, sugar, medium body. When drank a bit cooler it tastes better. A strange christmas ale.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled: Unclear golden coloured. White medium lasting head. Fruits and yeast in the aroma. Alcahol (too dominant), yeast and some malts in the flavour. Is watery and bland. Grassy aftertaste. Disapointing and boring belgian ale.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle conditioned. Gold, thin but lasting rocky white head and moderate condition Initially quite hoppy but soon masked by heavy yeastiness in the nose with a slight suggestion of phenols and possible infection. Heavy maltiness and unusual (for a triple) nuttiness in the mouth with a developing spicy hoppiness that leans more toward British styles than I would have expected of a Belgian microbrewer. Finish is yeasty and sweet but quite short.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled. Muddy pale orange. Sweet and peppery with notes of melon. Clean, fairly hard malt profile. Am I imagining the chili burn?
