COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A picture perfect Belgian Tripel. A pale blond brew, lightly malty with a notable, hoppy bitter finish. Clean, bracing, and remarkably refreshing for an ale of weight and character. Why do they call this kind of beer Tripel? No one knows. Just enjoy.

Poco compresa/poco comprensibile, qui dicono a picture perfect Belgian Tripel, io direi "just a picture of a Belgian Tripel", nel senso platonico di mimesi.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond medium-sized frothy head. Yeasty and slightly soapy malty aroma with shy notes of apricots, citrus and shades of flowery hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a slightly fizzy carbonation. Dry-ish malty and yeasty spicy taste with a moderate fruit character; slightly spicy and hop bitter finish. Easy going Tripel. 10.I.11

Bottle. Hazy deep golden with a medium off white head. The aroma is sweet fruit, light spices and caramel. Lots of sweet fruit, caramel and spicy yeast in the flavour. Long warming caramelish finish.

Bottle. The aroma of yeast, light fruity. The small white creamy head has a short duration, the body is pale orange. The taste is light bitter-metallic, fruity. The body is dry and creamy, light to medium strong with a rather lively carbonation.

Golden color with a huge white lacing foam. Aroma is refreshing with cantalope, honey, citrus, hops and yeast. Medium, hazy body, a bit on the light side for my taste, but there is a good amount of carbonation that somewhat balances it. When cold, there is a dry, bitter aftertaste, which becomes fairly sweet when the beer is warmer. There is a little taste of alcohol, but not bothering at all. Not great, but certainly not bad either.

0,33 l bottle, bought at the brewery.ÍbrZ Cloudy golden appearance with a nice creamy and foamy white head. Aroma of malt and some caramel, fine fruits like orange, orange peel, citrusses, apple. Medium bodied one, little bit watery texture with caramel, malt. Spicey fruitiness white citrusses and apple taste, clove, some cinnamon. Nice, drinkable one with a well hidden alcohol.

Bottle. Burnished gold with a white head receding to a halo. Aroma a bit Worthington White Shield; Fruit Salad chews and sweet red apple with some vanilla, pine and alcohol behind it. Bittersweet with a good tang of marmalade and spruce; lick of alcohol heat softening into candy floss and more Fruit Salad chews. Special Brew grass and almond in the aroma once its warmed up. TCP dabs, bit too much alcohol. Decent enough tangy tripel.

750 ml. bottle. Pours an initially huge head, later collapsing into a tiny bubbled layer, of long duration, with attractive lacing, over a cloudy, dark gold (SRM7-8) body....nose is lemon, apple, pineapple, bit of funk.....taste initially is sweet malt, then mild spice with allspice, coriander, leading into a cherry tone, finishes slightly dry and mildly bitter....mouth feel is medium, carbonation adds creaminess. This is a lighter take on the Triple style, and is thoroughly enjoyable and drinkable.
