Pale orange, cloudy and lively. Acidid yeasty nose with notes of apples and apricot. Soft and very smooth, sweetisnh with notes of honey. Drinkable like lemonade. Dangerous!!

Jan 1, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Lots of yeast in the nose. Flavour of sweet malt with a slightly sulphurous edge. A heavy yeast sediment clouds the beer completely in the finish. 291205

Nov 18, 2007 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge and gushing white head. Softly spiced and slight malty aroma. Soft spiced flavour with a mild sweetness. Clearly more light than a classic triple, yet it has some smoothness to it that is really pleasant. Ends soft caramel malty.

Taste is moderately sweet, herbal, bubblegum, some alcohol, banana, perfume, caramel. Alcohol flavor surprisingly strong, even imparting a light burn. Fairly dry finish. Medium-full body, light acidity.
