COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A picture perfect Belgian Tripel. A pale blond brew, lightly malty with a notable, hoppy bitter finish. Clean, bracing, and remarkably refreshing for an ale of weight and character. Why do they call this kind of beer Tripel? No one knows. Just enjoy.

Hazy yellow honey hue, with a fluffy rocky white head, leaving laces, yeasty, fruity, alcoholic nose, with a sweet pale malt, a mild floral hop and stewed apples aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a spritzy, yeasty, fruity character, with an alcoholic warmth mouthfeel, a honeyed citrus, lemony accent, some sweet pale malts, with a faint floral hop, leading towards a warmth, dry finish.
