Pours a reddish brown. Aromas of chocolate/nuts/ and some fruit. Flavor didn’t stand up to the aroma. A little chocolate/coffee taste.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 oh6gdx (15955) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUL 11, 2011
Bottled. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild syrup as well as some slight hopping as well. Flavour is brown sugar, caramel malts, mild syrupy notes as well as some floral and fruity hops. Balanced, but not that exciting.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 solidfunk (647) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 30, 2011
I found it didn’t have a lot of flavour, though it certainly wasn’t unpleasant. I much prefer the red Seal from North coast. Bottle in Taipei, Taiwan
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 pressurewave (11) - Florida, USA - JUN 27, 2011
It’s beer! This is a quiet little brown ale, and it is smooth, has a nice tight little head on it, and has a touch of mellow malt, and just a little bitter coming down. Sweet, kind hearted, and better than Newcastle with more up-front flavor.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 wlajwl (1783) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - JUN 14, 2011
Decent malts and smooth, its not the most flavorful brown ale but it wasn’t bad.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 bsjay (54) - Oregon, USA - OCT 14, 2009
I don’t remember that much about this one, other than that the generic name fit it. An average brown, perhaps a bit thin, but inoffensive.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 skoisirius (1057) - Earth, Washington, USA - OCT 7, 2009
Love the concept of these beers. Decent American Brown. Slightly nutty, slightly fruity, but nothing that packs a punch, Slight water.
3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 tgncc (1909) - Bellmore, New York, USA - OCT 4, 2009
Definitely fruit on the nose, way more than anticipated. Very nice, actually. Cherries, malts. Hazy, reddish brown, some particulate matter, thin tan head. The flavor was subsequently weaker than anticipated, fruity, cherry, malts, slightly watery. The finish is sweet fruit. Wierd. None of the nuttyness or hoppyness of a standard brown ale. Thin/medium mouthfeel. Zero hop presence. Ok, not great.
