COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Acme IPA is profoundly hoppy, finished with over a pound of fresh whole hops per barrel. The result of this generous hopping is a beer that is deliciously dry, and eminently drinkable in spite of its apparent strength.

Bottle from Toft Vin, Copenhagen - golden amber coloured pour with a good white head. Fruity and malty aroma and taste with some light caramel, some subtle tropical and citrus hoppy notes, some orange, peach, pretty thin body and easy drinking, feels more like a apa overall. Still decent enough overall.

From the bottle. A nice, hoppy IPA that has a little citrusy/sour taste. Not too strong of an IPA, so it drinks easy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3oz sample at Expo Cerveza Mexico 2014. Clear golden/amber with a creamy offwhite head. Earthy hoppy aroma, with strong hints of caramel, pine resin and green grapes. Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Sweet, with medium bitterness. Modest malt character overloaded with hop and citrus. Perhaps just a touch watery, and one-dimensional.

Bottle from CBB. Clear gold, small white head. Fruity citrus hop aroma, though quite weak. Flavour has pine and grass hops to go with the citrus. Very light for the strength.

Draft pour at Taphouse IPA week. Pours an orange color with an absent aroma. Flavor is initially grainy, then turns to a long, drawn out bitter finish. This IPA comes off as plain to me. It’s not bad, but it doesn’t stand out. Average beer here.
